At A & A Event Hire our reputation within the Asian Wedding sector is growing rapidly. We are able to accommodate large guest numbers and provide the knowledge, experience and attention to detail that can help our clients deal with the vast amount of organisation associated with such a wonderful occasion.
As a family run business we take great pride in being able to meet our client’s specific requests. Please see below our latest specialised marquee. The castle frontage was built by us ‘in-house’ to specifically meet a client’s request for her daughter’s wedding this year.
We currently work with a number of venues also able to accommodate large guest numbers and we are happy to liaise with a venue on the client’s behalf. The marquees themselves can be set out, decorated, carpeted and specialised to meet any specific requirements. Furniture arrangements can be changed following the religious ceremony in order to accommodate guests for the sit down meal if necessary.

Our Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawing service can prove an invaluable help on these occasions. Using this facility we can accurately forecast the number of guests that can be comfortably accommodated as well as help the client to choose an appropriate layout including positioning of the staged area if required.
On the day of the event we can also provide experienced attendants if required. Furniture re-arrangements can then be made with the minimal amount of fuss, the marquee can be opened up should the day prove warm and then subsequently closed back in as the day cools, and any last minute problems can be dealt with immediately. Guests can also be attended if required, all in all allowing the day to run as smoothly as possible.
